As long as the polycount of the mod is high enough (and good modders already have high quality mods, some of which are made from the cad file provided by the manifacturer) you can make a conversion. It just might take a while for someone's particular favorite to make it up to FS22 then.
Fs22.com is safe and doesn't use an external download site.
Is FS22 better than FS19
There are new mechanics in fs22, like rock picking, augers and storage bins, if you tried seasons in fs19 it's standard in fs22. If you don't like seasons maybe stick with fs19. Different style of crops, olives and grapes, they are done very different from regular cereal crops.Re: FS19 vs FS22 on Console
Is it better Yes, on most counts. Better graphics, sounds, nicer UI. More crops and related equipment, more to do with crops with production chains. The user files are located in Documents>Electronic Arts in a folder called The Sims 4. Inside that folder is a folder called Mods, this is where you install your mods and CC.

Is Farming Simulator 19 easy : There's a bit of a learning curve if you don't know anything about real life farming. The in-game tutorials can get you started, but honestly, they're pretty weak, and they leave out many, many things that you don't HAVE to know, but should. I'd recommend you check out some YouTube videos to get a feel for the game.
