If you don't like seasons maybe stick with fs19. Different style of crops, olives and grapes, they are done very different from regular cereal crops.FS19 was hosted by GIANTS Engine 8, and was highly successful with it, but was often critiqued for lower quality graphics. With this new engine, FS22 improved its physics and AI and has considerably better quality gameplay on consoles and PC.

Is Farming Simulator 19 easy : There's a bit of a learning curve if you don't know anything about real life farming. The in-game tutorials can get you started, but honestly, they're pretty weak, and they leave out many, many things that you don't HAVE to know, but should. I'd recommend you check out some YouTube videos to get a feel for the game.
FS22 is my favourite, mostly for the improved sounds (compared to FS19) and the increased land-management compared to FS17 and greatly improved animal models, not to mention a number of small "nice to haves" that have been implemented.
Farming Simulator 19 might not be completely accurate to real farming, but it has its merits. With so many aspects of real-world agriculture, this video game gives players a low-stakes environment to live out their farming dreams in.
