Antwort What to do after cultivating fs22? Weitere Antworten – What do you do after planting in farming simulator
Optional: After you're done with planting, you can also use a soil roller to condense the soil and increase the yield by additional 2,5%. You don't have to, though. If small stones are left on the field, they get pushed back into the soil, so they don't damage your harvester, later. Fertilizer will improve the yield.I don't use the Precision Farming mod, so my list will be different:
- Mulching (though I don't do that)
- Fertilize.
- Plow / Cultivate.
- Remove Rocks (if bigger than Small field stones)
- Fertilize (if planter / seeder doesn't do that)
- Plant.
- Soil Roll.
- (If three-stage fertilizing) Fertilize.
Occasionally, there are fields that won't accept a helper. I've run across quite a few maps that have some fields that won't accept a helper. After harvest you cultivate ( or bale/collect straw if you dropped straw), then prepare field for nest crop.
Do you need to cultivate before seeding FS22 : You need to cultivate the field before sowing, so your crops can properly grow. Compared to plowing, cultivating is done much faster. But, they don't prevent weeds from growing.
What is the end goal of Farming Simulator
You don't have a strict goal in Farming Simulator, other than to make more money, expand your farm, and get fancy new machinery to drool over. Various approaches to farming, such as straight crop-based agriculture, leaning more into animal husbandry, or even going into logging and forestry are available to you.
What is the most profitable thing in Farming Simulator : Root crops and sugar cane – make lots of money, take long time to harvest, many, MANY, trips back and forth from field to storage and from storage to sale point. Silage – same activities as for root crop with a few extras. Have to compact the clamp; can take a long time. Lots of trips to the clamp and to the BGA.
The following are the steps involved in farming in the correct order:
- Ploughing – the soil is loosened for the crop.
- Sowing – the seeds are added to the field.
- Irrigation – the field is watered at regular intervals.
- Weeding – the unnecessary plants are removed.
- Harvesting – the finished crop is collected.
poplar, sugarcane, and silage are the top 3 for base game. Not sure about dlc crops. Poplar is the biggest profit.
What do you do to a field after harvest
Soil Preparation: After harvest, it is time to prepare the soil for the next planting season. An option may be to till the land to incorporate crop residues, loosen the soil, and facilitate nutrient absorption by the next crop. Soil Testing and Fertilization: Conduct a soil tests to assess nutrient levels and pH.Plowing is required only after planting crops like corn, sugarbeets, potatoes, sugarcane and poplars. If you don't plow after this crops you get a malus. I also recommend to not use herbicide if possible: using it remove weeds but you get a -15% malus. You can use a mulcher on any crop that leaves stubble: Wheat, barley, oat, sorghum, sunflowers, soybeans and corn. Use it after harvesting, but BEFORE you cultivate the field. When growing grape vines or olive groves, you mulch AFTER cultivating and grass has begun to grow again some time later.
Regular rollers are used after sowing, when the field is already cultivated and the seeds are in the soil. With a roller, you condense the soil, and therefore increase its quality and the yield by 2,5%.

What is the most profitable method in FS22
It's recommended to go for crops like Cotton, Grapes, or Soybeans if they want a good profit at the beginning of the game. Each crop can be used for its own positives but pure profit lies in a few tactical fields. Optimizing the player's farm is a sure way to financial success.
Plant life cycle describes the various stages of plant life. Is fs22 better than fs19 : There are new mechanics in fs22, like rock picking, augers and storage bins, if you tried seasons in fs19 it's standard in fs22. If you don't like seasons maybe stick with fs19. Different style of crops, olives and grapes, they are done very different from regular cereal crops.
