Hammerfell is one of, if not the harshest desert in Tamriel. It is home to the Redguard and is found on the west side of Tamriel, bordering Skyrim, Cyrodiil and High Rock.The Elder Scrolls games primarily take place on the continent of Tamriel, located on the planet of Nirn.The GTAV world, no doubt.

Falkreath and The Rift in Skyrim is very similar to Swedish scenery with it's deep pine forests and colorful birches.
